1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by University Next Level LLC and should be read together with the applicable individual service agreement and Terms of Service.
2. Refund When the Contracted Economic Scholarship Parameter Is Not Met
Where an individual service agreement expressly includes the economic parameter "excedente de beca a proteger por el Cliente" and UNL does not obtain a scholarship meeting that agreed parameter, the individual agreement provides for a refund of 100% of the amounts paid by the client for the applicable service. The agreement provides that the refund is to be made within a maximum of 48 business hours after the applicable determination, subject to the conditions established in the agreement.
3. Services Already Started or Performed
Amounts paid for services that have already been initiated, performed or made available may be non-refundable, as provided in the individual agreement. This may include profile evaluation, opportunity research, institutional communications, application management, follow-up and related professional services.
4. Voluntary Decision Not to Continue
If a client voluntarily decides not to continue with the process after services have begun, that decision does not automatically create a right to a refund for services already initiated, performed or made available. The individual agreement governs the applicable economic consequences.
5. Third-Party and External Costs
Amounts charged by third parties or authorities are not UNL service fees and are not covered by this policy unless expressly agreed in writing. Examples may include visa-related costs, SEVIS costs, examinations, enrollment fees, credential evaluation, homologation, certifications, consular or agent fees, travel and other institutional or governmental charges.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the client's full name, email address, contract date, reason for the request and any supporting information. UNL will review the request under the applicable individual agreement and this policy.
7. Contract Controls
This policy complements the individual service agreement. If there is a conflict between this policy and a specific signed agreement, the specific agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
